Guest arrives at the point of sale with a Reusables container.

1. Depending on the setup, you can scan either the container QR code or identify the user first.

2. To scan the container ID, prompt the guest to scan the QR tag on the container on the front camera of the Reusables Checkout Device. If a guest ordered more than one container, scan all the containers one by one. You will see the containers populated at the bottom of the screen.

3. To identify the user, ask if they have signed up for a ReuserID. If so, prompt the guest to scan their ReuserID QR code on the front camera of the Reusables Checkout Device. If they haven't, direct them to tap their student card on the card reader provided.

4. You’re done :) you should see a green checkmark on screen, a "Success!" message on the top and you will hear an audible success sound. This indicates the guest and container are now linked and you can let them leave.

5. Optional: If there is no phone number on file for a guest a prompt will appear on screen - ask guests if they would like to receive SMS return reminders and direct them to enter their phone number.
