Opening a Stuck Door

Follow this troubleshooting guide if you experience an issue where the door does not open after a container is scanned.
How to know if you have this issue:
Scan container
Observe brim light going green
Door not opening
You may hear an audible click after scanning (indicates the lock releasing)
Steps to Resolve:
Scan container
Wait for the brim light to turn green
Push the door open all the way
Then wait for the door to close again before trying to scan the container once more to verify the door now opens/closes as expected.
